SENIOR CONSULTANT
As a Senior Consultant with Donor By Design Group, Kim brings more than 20 years of nonprofit management and fund development experience to her clients. Kim is a skilled communicator and strategist, bringing clarity and focus in the campaigns she supports.
Kim’s coaching style flexes to meet the unique needs of each client. She provides counsel for:

Since 1993, Kim has worked in the areas of non-profit management and fund development, including nine years with the American Heart Association where, as Executive Director for the Greater Kansas City Chapter, she was responsible for raising $1.5 million annually for medical research and lifesaving education. In her work for Avila University, she successfully launched a $7 million capital campaign for the construction of on-campus residence halls.
In her role as Director of Development, Kim helped the YMCA of the Prairie secure their future by increasing their endowment funds to over $1 million dollars. Since 2016, Kim has been on the team at Innovative Grant Services, helping a variety of nonprofits secure grant funding to further their mission. She will continue her work there while also supporting the work of her Donor By Design clients.
Kim believes strongly that great vision can be turned into great support. As a former non-profit executive, she can relate to the funding challenges faced by non-profits. She looks forward to helping your organization have real and lasting impact in your community.
Kim, her husband and their two sons live in Holdrege, Nebraska.
