Jan Brogdon, CFRE, is an experienced fundraising professional, serving the YMCA movement for more than 20 years. Her deep understanding of annual and capital fundraising will help our clients prepare and run successful campaigns. Her experience in working with volunteer leaders will help our clients make the most of this invaluable resource.

In addition, Jan has mentored and coached new development professionals as part of the NAYDO Young Professionals Program. Regardless of age or experience, Jan provides the wisdom and encouragement to help everybody work together to achieve their goals.
We’ve gotten to know Jan through our work with the YMCA of Florida’s First Coast, and we’re honored that she’s chosen to continue that work with us. Along with her work at the Jacksonville Y, Jan also has been involved in NAYDO (North American YMCA Development Organization), her church and other volunteer activities. Jan has two adult sons. She and her husband live in the Jacksonville area.
