Laura brings two decades of non-profit management, helping organizations create cultures of generosity that propel them to achieve their mission. With a focus on coaching non-profits, NGOs and churches, she provides strategic insight and guidance to faith-focused organizations who are living out their unique vision and mission.
Laura works with organizations to identify strengths and challenges and then align their greatest resources and contributions to be leveraged for maximum impact.

Laura has worked in advancement for educational institutions; as the national director of advancement for KidsHope USA; led the comprehensive development efforts for the Reformed Church in America; and as a principal consultant with numerous churches and faith-based organizations. She has led training sessions and strategic planning process for multiple boards and leadership teams, and has developed communications, relationship building, engagement and donor stewardship systems that raise major gifts, foster generosity and fuel short and long-term mission.
Laura received a BA from Azusa Pacific University and holds additional nonprofit management certification from California State University Long Beach, Pentera Planned Giving School, Indiana University/Purdue University Fund Raising School, and has completed coursework in Faith and Fundraising in partnership with Duke Divinity School. She has also served on the boards of the American Mission Hospital in Bahrain and Hand2Hand Ministries.
Laura and her husband, Tom, have three adult children and live in the Chicago area.
