As a Senior Consultant with DBD Group, Kris has been involved with “all things grants” for twenty years. From project planning to small and large application development to administration and management, she takes a strategic approach to the grant component of fundraising improving funding success rates for her clients.

Kris has extensive experience with federal grant and contract funding within multiple agencies including the USDA, DOE, NSF, and NIH. She has helped clients secure more than $60 million in awarded grants and contracts. Kris’s favorite part of being involved in grant development for organizations is knowing that, in a small way, she is helping make big things happen.
Kris is a graduate of Concordia University (Seward, NE). She and her family live in Hastings, Nebraska.
