Kellie Wardman, CPCC, ACC, serves as a consultant and executive coach for a wide range of innovative and impactful leaders and organizations. She offers clients comprehensive support in a wide variety of disciplines, including strategic planning, board development and governance, facilitating partnerships and collaborations, team and organizational culture work, capital development, and CEO searches and onboarding processes.
Kellie brings a strategic and systemic perspective to her work, having spent 10 years in the field of systems thinking and organizational learning. During that time, she supported thought leaders, academics, and consultants in translating complex ideas for practitioners across practices and industries who were working to create true learning organizations.
Kellie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Training Institute. She is also certified to facilitate the Leadership Circle Profile (360) and Collective Leadership Assessment team culture tools.

Kellie worked for 10 years in operations for the largest Y in New Hampshire, as Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and branch executive. She also worked for Earthwatch Institute as Deputy Director of Constituent Relations, overseeing both financial development and marketing. She received her BA from the University of New Hampshire, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. Kellie also served as adjunct faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and at New England College in business communications, marketing, and writing. She lives with her family in New Hampshire and is an avid traveler and competitive tennis player.
