In his role as Executive Vice President, Jon has oversight over product development and training for DBD Group. He, along with the rest of the leadership team, provides strategic direction and insight for the company. He plays a key role in welcoming new consultants and ensuring that they offer the same quality service and tools as the rest of the DBD team.
In addition, Jon provides leadership and coaching for his many clients. Through a comprehensive assessment of strengths and areas for growth, Jon works with clients to maximize current resources and establish clear and measurable goals for future success.

Prior to joining DBD Group in 2008, Jon enjoyed a nearly 20 year career in nonprofit management, serving in roles including Program Director, Executive Director and Development Officer.
Today, with over 30 years of professional experience in both for profit and not-for-profit organizations, Jon has the honor of working with hundreds of mission driven causes and speaking to thousands of community leaders across North America providing clarity, focus and inspiration.
Through his development work, Jon provides support for annual sustaining campaigns, capital development projects, volunteer and staff training and leadership coaching. Jon finds joy in encouraging others, equipping them to leave their unique mark on this world.
Jon holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Human Services Administration from Springfield College. He and his family live in Vermont and enjoy their time in the great outdoors hiking, cycling and kayaking.
