As President of DBD Group, Jason works alongside executive leaders, boards, volunteers, and development teams to help organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership, and prepare for transformational fundraising. Known for his thoughtful coaching style and collaborative approach, he helps clients build momentum while keeping people at the center of every strategy.
Jason provides counsel in feasibility studies, capital campaigns, strategic planning, organizational assessments, board development, executive coaching, change management, endowment strategy, and building high-performing teams. He believes the strongest campaigns are built on trust, shared purpose, and leadership that inspires others to act.
Before joining DBD Group, Jason served in a variety of nonprofit leadership roles ranging from program director to chief executive officer. Those experiences continue to shape his practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges nonprofit leaders face every day, making him a trusted advisor during times of growth and organizational change.
Jason earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Wittenberg University before spending time exploring the country in a vintage 1976 Dodge RV, an experience that reinforced his curiosity, adaptability, and appreciation for community. He later completed a master's degree in performance psychology from Ithaca College and has spent more than two decades living and working in Idaho.
When he's not partnering with nonprofit leaders, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and taking advantage of everything Idaho has to offer.
