Jackie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, daughter, and son. In her free time, Jackie enjoys hiking, reading (historical fiction is her favorite!), traveling, and cooking.
