Courtney Weiland, CFRE brings executive leadership and fundraising expertise to a variety of nonprofit organizations. With nearly 25 years of cross-sector experience, she is passionate about helping nonprofits build capacity and increase philanthropic support to better serve their community and achieve their mission.
She brings a deep and diverse background in all aspects of fund development, including a strong track record in developing and executing annual giving programs, progressive major gift work, and extensive capital campaign experience. She is a demonstrated leader in engaging board and volunteers in collaborative work to create a shared vision and develop successful strategies to achieve fund development goals.

Courtney earned her BS from Northwestern University and is certified in Principles & Techniques of Fundraising at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
She currently resides with her family in Neenah, WI where she enjoys volunteering in her home community.
