Before working with DBD Group, Amanda served at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and the Brooks Family YMCA (formally Piedmont Family YMCA) where she led multi-branch fundraising initiatives, developed innovative donor engagement strategies, and managed high-impact giving campaigns.
Amanda earned a BA degree from the University of North Florida, where she majored in Elementary Education K-6. After receiving an MBA with a focus on Leadership from Liberty University, Amanda settled down in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Brad, and two sons.
